These Arms of Mine

Listening to the Roy Buchanan version of this, and in fact, these arms of mine are gonna be full of Mr. Wonderful very shortly as he's coming over when I'm done with Job #2. It's gonna be a Thursday night sleepover! And tomorrow I get to work from home... thank Jesus! We got new iPhones at work so I brought one home to learn how the thing works. Mr. Wonderful Stefano wants me to get one but I am not sure when my TMobile contract is up. Ok, that's on the To-Do list tomorrow: find out!

Saturday is a big day. First I gotta get up early enough to go get a bunch of Crave cupcakes to take to our in-store gig. At rehearsal last night the guys started talking about them b/c I've been raving about them on Facebook all week so I promised to bring some for the band and their ladies. I also gotta get some for me Ma and me bro, plus Stefano and then I need at least 2 for myself. At $3.50 each I'm gonna be in over $30 for cupcakes! Worth it!!!!!! I also told Philipo I'd bring him one. Hopefully we'll have a good crowd at the in-store... when Stefano's band played theirs there weren't many people in attendance and I want there to be PEOPLE in front of us. Of course various friends/family/hangers on have confirmed their attendance but that can never be counted on.

After the in-store is a friend of the family's event, some war veteran thing, and we'll all go. Then I gotta drop my mom off in Pasadena, hopefully run by and see my Popo as he's still in the hospital, then get back to Stefano. Saturday night will be spent relaxing and in his arms all night. Sunday we've got a local blues legend piano player's 96th birthday party at our fave blues club and that's gonna be crazy large huge with much of the Houston blues scene out for the music and celebration. So I guess going to see the magic exhibit at the museum w/li'l bro is gonna have to wait another week. I need more days in my weekends.
