Dinner

The dinner last night was a'ight. Unfortunately I had to sit next to the 2 biggest work jerks but they were pleasant and the food was awesome. The waiters kept bringing out huge plates for the table's lazy susan. There were at least 6-7 courses! And at the end, after everyone started sneaking out I waited and the waiters brought out the styrofoam trays for doggie bags and I scooped up the rest of the food, of which there was lots, for me and S. He ate some of his when I got home last night and we still have dinner for tonight!

This will be my last relaxing weekend for awhile, meaning there's nothing scheduled. Well, I suppose I am going to have to work one patrol shift, I just haven't decided when that will be exactly. But otherwise I am going to relax around the house, go to the gym, catch up on my reading, watch The Devil Wears Prada as soon as Netflix sends it, and generally chill. My next weekends after this one are booked solid, all the way through May 24, no fucking joke! Sure, they're booked solid with fun activities like IFest, birthdays and vacation, but still, fun can be work in its own way too. To quote the Cat in the Hat: "It is fun to have fun, but you have to know how."
