Dell how could you do this to me

And by "Dell" I mean my former wonderful boss who left me to carry on in her name the Evidence-Based Medicine classes that we offer regularly to the local nursing stude's. I, the consumer health librarian, am now having to become some kind of EBM expert, or something. I have to teach my 1st class this Thursday. I just now today started reading up on EBM, what it is, and how to teach it. (Well, I've always worked best under pressure.) So far I think that it's all... boring. Boring, boring, boring. I don't know why science and I don't get along swimmingly. I always got straight D's in science in school. One of my college boyfriends laughed when he saw my Master's diploma, which states rather ironically, "Master of Science." Dell, how could you do this to me?!?

Fortunately there are chocolate-covered pretzels here today for some reason. I will eat them while I research EBM and play with EBM databases and try to learn how to teach this crap by Thursday morning.

Hey I just created a new blog name just so I could post a comment. I don't know what inspired this misterious new name. I have to help move a washing machine today. I hope I don't end up with my arms onger and my legs shorter. I have no idea what my previous username and password are. I will probably lose this one too. I had a fun outing last night with a funny Jewish girl. She bought me dessert. I was going to make some snide comments, but I'll save those for the silly phone messages I'll surely leave on your voicemail this weekend. Tell me you don't think my blog identity is lame!
